Teleskope Platform Documentation

Teleskope has created a suite of products that serve as an all-in-one solution for ERG management, office administration, and mentoring solutions for enterprise organizations. Designed to be modular, the platform can be configured in numerous ways to best suit the needs of each business.

This interactive documentation will guide Group Leaders and Administrators through each of the platform modules and their features, as well as configuration and reporting options.

Teleskope Administration Panel

The Administration Panel is accessible only by the Program Administrator(s) for all zones or selected zones. The Admin Panel can be accessed from the Header of your platform under the Admin dropdown.

From the Admin Panel, new groups and their appearance can be created, roles and permissions can be defined, budgets can be allocated, global reports can be accessed, and Program Administrators can be assigned.

Affinities

Teleskope Affinities is an ERG Management Software. It provides a comprehensive Employee Resource Group Management Platform that facilitates the development and nurturing of DEI communities within your organization.

Talent Peak

Teleskope Talent Peak is a mentorship program that provides ongoing support both within and outside of Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) at individual and team levels. It offers an all-inclusive approach to mentorship programs, including curricula, systems, and resources to ensure success.

Office Raven

Teleskope Office Raven serves as a central hub for offices, departments, and other business entities, streamlining intra-office communication and providing employees with essential office information.

  • All users get instant visibility to all groups in the organization including different chapters and events. A one-click join feature allows for instant access. Manage and monitor member enrollments, engagement, and retention with an Admin Panel for the Management Team.

User Roles

There are three tiers of roles that exist in the platform, and each has a specific role. The descriptions are below. 

Platform Admins

Platform Admins have access to the Teleskope Admin Panel and have Super User capabilities across the entire platform. For example, a platform admin can create/delete groups, create/publish/edit/delete all content, view reports across all groups, and much more.

Group/Chapter/Channel Leads

Group Leads can be at the global group level as well as at the Chapter and Channel level. They have access to data, tools, and content creation within their respective group, Chapter or Channel.

Members

Members can receive communications (e.g. Announcements, Events, Newsletters) from their respective groups and engage with the content (e.g. RSVPing to events, Liking/Commenting on Announcements).
