Teleskope Talent Peak is a mentorship enablement program. It allows continued support within and outside of ERGs on an individual and team level. It offers an all inclusive approach to mentorship programs including curriculums, systems, and resources to ensure success.

This program type requires the program leader to pair mentors and mentees. By using customizeable surveys and our advanced matching algorithm technology, we've streamlines the matching process to reduce administrative burden.

Mentors and mentees will be presented with available cohorts indicating how close of a match they are on predefined characteristics. They will request to team up with a colleague.

This program refreshes after a predetermined number of days; for example, every 30 days new pairs are chosen.

Members can create discussion/interest groups and allow colleagues to join. There is not a traditional mentor/mentee relationship; rather this is a space to facilitate conversation.

Individuals are guided through a self-led mentoring curricula.

Each program will have a lead. The lead role has the power to create and add individual mentoring programs, match mentors and mentees, create events, send newsletters, manage events, collect and analyze surveys, and much more.
