This document aims to provide an overview of Enterprise Application Interface (EAI) API and how it is used to retrieve group and member information for various Employee Resource Groups (ERGs) in a customer's subdomain. Developers can use the APIs described in this document to obtain Zone IDs, lists of Groups, Chapters, Channels, and Members in scope. It is recommended to cache the results of certain APIs for 24 hours, as they do not change frequently.
