Delegated Access

Delegated access allows users to designate other users who can act on their behalf within the platform.
- Locate your profile in the header; it will either be your avatar or your initials in a circle.
- Click on the avatar to access your profile.

- Scroll down to locate the Delegated Access section.
- Click the blue + button to add a new delegation.

- In the resulting confirmation window, read the disclaimer and type I AGREE to continue.

- Add a new grantee by searching for and selecting their name from the dropdown.

- Click Submit to grant access.
- Access can be revoked by clicking the red Revoke Access button next to the grantee's name.

- The grantee will navigate to their profile as describede above and scroll down to find the Delegated Access area.

- Click Use Delegated Access.
- Click Yes in the resulting window to start grantee's access.
- The profile area in the header will change to show the avatar of the grantee and the avatar of the grantor in indicate to the grantee that they are operating on the grantor's behalf.

- Actions now taken by the grantee will appear to have been completed by the grantor.
