Get a Zone ID

The first step is to obtain a Zone ID by calling the following REST API (HTTP GET):
 https://{subdomain}.teleskope.io/1/eai/graph?listZonesOfAppType=affinities
This API returns a list of zones for the customer's subdomain. A zone ID is required for the next API call.
