module overview the recognition page is a central feature designed to foster a positive and supportive environment within a erg it allows users to acknowledge the efforts and achievements of their colleagues or themselves the page is divided into several sections, each offering a unique way to interact with and track recognitions the basics recognize a colleague or yourself users can create recognitions by selecting a colleague or themselves, setting a recognition date, and providing a detailed description the recognition form is user friendly, with options to format the description text for clarity and personalization recognition feeds the recognition feeds section displays a stream of all recognitions, providing a real time update of the acknowledgments being shared within the network it is further divided into recognitions given view recognitions you have given to others recognitions received view recognitions you have received from colleagues managing recognitions if you have management access to the erg, you can view all recognitions and delete them if necessary you can delete a recognition by clicking on the blue action drop down and selecting delete configuration options enable/disable recogntion module
