This menu item on the admin panel allows platform admins to manage zone admins on the platform. The below screenshot shows the ‘Manage Zone Admins’ screen:

Add a Zone Admin

Click on the plus icon to add a zone admin, this will open the ‘Add Zone Admin’ screen.

  • Only existing users can be assigned the Administrator privileges.
  • Search a user by entering the name/email address of the user in the ‘Search User’ field.
  • If the user you are searching for is not found in the search list, then it means the user has not yet joined the platform, in that case please ask the user to signup first.
  • Check the ‘Can Manage Zone Budget’ and ‘Can Manage Zone Speaker’ checkboxes as desired. By default both checkboxes are already checked.
  • Click the ‘Submit’ button to add the user as a Zone admin.
  • Once a user is added as a zone admin, their name will appear in the zone admin list.
