Dashboard
On Successful login you will be presented with the following screen that is also called the Dashboard:
The ‘Switch application zone’ drop down allows platform admins to switch between various applications as well as zones that exist within those applications.
Hyperlink next to ‘Switch application zone’ drop down allows admins to launch the application selected in the drop down. For example the following image shows the ERG zone selected and hence the hyperlink ‘Launch ERGs’ will open the ERG zone on affinities application.
Name of the user logged in as administrator is displayed on the top menu along with the Logout button to log out from the admin panel.
Left pane is the main menu that allows the platform admins to navigate through the various capabilities that the admin panel has to offer. Each item from the left pane is described in detail in the subsequent pages of this document.
This area displays all the information and any addition/updation/deletion on the admin panel is done here. Any option selected from the left pane displays information in the main screen. The main screen is shown in the image below (Here Dashboard is selected from the left menu):
On login, the platform admin is presented with the dashboard by default. Dashboard gives an overview statistics of the platform including:
This section of the dashboard shows the information snapshot only for the zone that has been selected from the ‘Switch Application Zone’ drop down and displays the following information:
- Total ERGs - Total number of ERGs configured in the selected zone.
- Total Office Locations - Total number of office locations in the selected zone.
- Total Zone Admins - Total number of zone admins configured for the selected zone.
- ERG Total Members - Total number of members across all ERGs in the selected zone.
- ERG Unique Members - Number of unique users who have joined at least one ERG in the selected zone.
- Member One ERG - Number of users who have joined only one ERG.
- Member Two ERGs - Number of users who have joined two ERGs.
- Member Two+ ERGs - Number of users who have joined more than two ERGs.
- Published Events - Total number of published events in the selected zone.
- Published Announcements - Total number of published announcements in the selected zone.
- Published Newsletters - Total number of published newsletters in the selected zone.
- Published Album Media - Total number of published album media in the selected zone.
The zone statistics dashboard is shown in the image below, ERG Total members tile in the dashboard is shown as a graph to show that each tile can be toggled between graph and number by clicking on it.
