To add additional choices, click the plus button.

The properties pane on the right allows us to modify survey page properties, such as name, title description, maximum time to complete the survey, add logic to survey questions, and adjust the question layout.
Logic can be added to surveys to present questions to survey takers depending on their previous answers.
As an example, we'll create a 2 question survey where the second question is only visible if option C is selected in question 1. The screenshot shows the radio group question selected from the toolbox and the text edited as required.
For question 2 we will insert a short text question type.
In order to build the logic so that question 2 is only visible if option C in question 1 is selected:
- Ensure question 2 is selected in the middle pane.
- Navigate to the Logic section in the Properties pane.
- Locate the Visible If box and click on the magic wand to access the logic builder.
- Upon clicking on the magic wand, the logic builder will appear.
- Build the logic by selecting the dependant question and the answer that will trigger the second question to appear.
- Click Apply to set the logic.
- Once the logic is added, we can test the survey by clicking on the ‘Preview’ tab and choosing the option ‘C’ to check that question 2 becomes visible
To create a survey with multiple languages:
- Create a New Survey
- English is the default language, so we will add a question in the survey designer in English.
- In the Properties pane with the survey title selected, choose the General tab.
- Locate the dropdown for Survey Language.
- Select the language for the translation. (In our example, it is Francais.)

- Edit the English question to enter in the French translation.

- Navigate to the preview pane.
- Use the dropdown in the upper right corner of theb survey to select the language.
