Reports
Following types of reports are available in the admin panel:
- User Reports
- ERG Reports
- Event Report
- Survey Report
- Audit Logs
- Region and Office Locations
- Usage Reports
The reports available under User Reports are:
- Members Reports
- Administrator Reports
- Group Lead Reports
- Chapter Lead Reports
- Channel Lead Reports
- Non Member Reports.
This feature lets the platform admins download a detailed member report. The utility allows admins to download member reports for selected groups as well as gives options to select the fields that are included in the downloaded report. When clicked opens the following window:
- From the ‘Select Groups’ field select the group for the report you wish to be downloaded.
- Next enter the start date till the end date of the time period in which the report is to be captured. By default all groups are automatically selected.
- In Windows OS use ‘Ctrl’ key and selectively highlight groups for which the report is required to be downloaded.
- In Mac OS use ‘Command’ key and selectively highlight groups for which the report is required to be downloaded.
- Check the ‘Include Inactive Users’ checkbox in case you want to include these users in the report.
- From the ‘Select Fields’ list, check the fields that are required to be included in the report. By default all the fields are automatically selected.
- Once all the groups and fields have been selected, click the ‘Download’ button to download the member report.
- This will download a .CSV file that will include all the selected fields as column headers and data for all the selected groups. Sample view of the reports is shows below:
There is a quick view report option available in Member reports, this shows the member report in a graphical view. There are the following four graphs available in the Quick View Report:
- Monthly New Members per ERG
- Total Members per ERG
- Membership Trend per ERG
- ERG Members by Region
To access the report click on the small graph icon which is shown near the Member Reports (shown below):
Once clicked the graphical representation of data can be seen as shown in the sample screenshot below:
For each graph the data in .CSV format can be downloaded by clicking on the three dots shown on the top right corner of each graph.
This utility allows platform admins to download a detailed report of zone admins and company admins. This report gives an easy snapshot of the list of company admins and zone admins. A sample administrator report is shown below:
The report contains following column headers:

This feature lets platform admins download the list of ERG Leaders that exist in the platform. When clicked, it opens the following windows to select the groups and fields that are to be included in the report. By default all groups and fields are selected.
Click the ‘Download’ button to download the data for the Group Leads in a .CSV format.
Within this column additional reports on the basis of permissions. Including:
- ERG Lead Reports
- Chapter Lead Reports
- Sub Group Lead Reports
Non member reports lets platform admins download a list of users who are not members of any group. Once clicked the following window opens where the fields can be selected for the report column headers.
This report allows platform admins to download a list of unique users who are members of at least one group. This means that a user who is a member of two groups will only be shown once in the unique member report. Once clicked shows the ‘Download Unique Members Report’ window as shown in the screenshot below:
There are four reports available under group reports:

Group list report shows the list of all groups that exist in the system. The header of the report can be seen below showing the data that is included in the file.

Chapter List report shows the list of all chapters for each ERG that exist in the system along with other data for each chapter. The header of the report can be seen below showing the data that is included in the file.

Sub Group/Channel List report shows the list of all sub groups for each ERG that exist in the system along with other data for each channel. The header of the report can be seen below showing the data that is included in the file.

This report shows the list of all the roles that exist in the system also with their system lead type, permissions, about us, whether the group is active, and all welcome email content. The header of the report can be seen below showing the data that is included in the file.

There are five event related reports available under event reports:
- Event List Report
- Event RSVP Report
- Event Type List
- Event Speaker Report
- Event Volunteer Report
This report allows platform admins to download event lists for the selected groups along with selected fields. When clicked it opens a ‘Download Event List Report’ window that allows admins to select groups, dates for which the data needs to be downloaded and also has the option to select the fields that can be included in the report.
By default all groups are selected and all fields are checked except ‘# of RSVPs’ and ‘# of Attendees’ . Once the fields are selected, click the ‘Download Report’ button to download the report. The report will include the Event List for all the groups that were selected in the previous window for the selected dates and fields.
There is a quick view report option available in ‘Event List’ reports, this shows the ‘Event List’ report in a graphical view. There are following two graphs available in the Quick View Report:
- Total Events per ERG
- Event by Category per ERG
For each graph the data in .csv format can be downloaded by clicking on the three dots shown on the top right corner of each graph.
To access the report click on the small graph icon which is shown near the Event List Reports as shown below:
Once clicked the graphical representation of data can be seen as shown in the sample screenshot below:
This report allows platform admins to download group wide event data along with the list of users and their RSVP status.
The various RSVP status shown in this report are Attend in Person, Add to Waitlist (Online and In person), Decline, Tentative, Attent Online, and those who have selected YES for an event.
When clicked ‘Download Event RSVP Report’ window opens where the admin can select the group and date for which the data is required to be downloaded and also the fields can be selected that are to be included in the report as shown in the screenshot below:
There is a quick view report option available in ‘Event RSVP’ reports, this shows the ‘Event RSVP’ report in a graphical view. There are following three graphs available in the Quick View Report:
- Unique RSVP’s and Unique Attendees
- Average RSVP’s and Average Attendees
- Total RSVP’s and Total Attendees
The window also gives the option to select the year for which the graph data is to be viewed.
For each graph the data in .CSV format can be downloaded by clicking on the three dots shown on the top right corner of each graph.

Event type list report shows the various event types that have been created in the platform along with their active and inactive status. Screenshot of a sample event type list report is shown below:
This report shows the data for all events where speakers were requested along with the approval status of the speaker, speaker fee for the event and the number of attendees. The header of the event speaker report is shown below:

This report shows the data for all event volunteers for all of the different events that have taken place, in addition to what events these volunteers volunteered for.
This report will provide a list of all the surveys, the survey status, and the number of responses for each survey.
Audit Logs will display the historicals of an individual, when they were added to which role, as well as when each individual was removed from their respected role. There are four event related reports available under Audit logs: Member Logs, Group Leader Logs, Chapter Leader Logs, and Sub Group Leader Logs. Each report is explained below in detail:
The Member Log report will highlight the historicals for the members exclusively; accounting for when users joined and left each group. The header of the report can be seen below showing the data that is included in the file.
The Group Leader Log report will highlight the historicals for the Group Leaders exclusively; accounting for when users joined and left their role as Group Leader. The header of the report can be seen below showing the data that is included in the file.
The Chapter Leader Log report will highlight the historicals for the Chapter Leaders exclusively; accounting for when users joined and left their role as Chapter Leader. The header of the report can be seen below showing the data that is included in the file.
The Sub Group Leader Log report will highlight the historicals for the Sun Group Leaders exclusively; accounting for when users joined and left their role as Sub Group Leader. The header of the report can be seen below showing the data that is included in the file.
There are two related reports available under the Usage Reports section. Here is where you can find the reports for Web Login as well as the Mobile Application Login.
The web login report will show for the logins into the platform on the web application.

The Mobile Application Login report will show the details of logins into the platform via the Mobile Application.

There are two reports available under the region and office locations section.
- Global Region List
- Office Location List
This report shows the summary of all Regions that exist in the platform along with the zone they are mapped to and the active/inactive status of the region. Screenshot of a sample report is shown below:
This report shows the detailed list of office locations along with their active/inactive status. Sample header of the report can be seen below that shows the data contained in this report.

There are four budget reports available.
- Budget Summary by Year
- Expense/Spends Report
- Charge Code List
- Expense Type List
As the name suggests this report gives the budget summary for the selected financial year. The report contains Group and Chapter budgeted amount, Expense details and Remaining Budget.
Once Clicked the user is prompted to select the FY for which the report is required, as shown in the screenshot below:
Click on ‘Download Budget Report’ Once the desired FY is selected. This will download the report in csv format.Sample header of the report is given below:

Expense/Spends report is a detailed report showing the event wise budgeted amount and spent amount.
