rewarding participating erg members with our integrated points system is easy! you decide what actions in the platform receive points and what those points are redeemable for tracking users’ engagement becomes effortless with quick views of top points winners setting up points programs navigate to the points program from the admin panel navigation bar this window shows all available points programs, allows you to edit them, set the points amounts for actions, and provides a leaderboard snapshot of the programs adding a points program click the blue + button to add a new points program multiple programs can run simultaneously enter in the program's name and description the start and end date determine the duration of the program points will not start accruing until the start date, allowing advance planning of programs the total points sets the maximum amount of points to be rewarded an image can be uploaded to serve as an icon for that specific program click "create points program" to save program can be edited using the pencil and paper icon under the action column in the program listing program must be activated before it will run using the lock icon activation method member points configuration member and group lead points awarded to actions can be configured using the member/group leader points configuration located in the gear icon under point program listing simply assign the points value to be given for each of the actions the configuration options window and points accural definition follow daily earnings members receive point(s) each day they are a member of a group new comment any comment added to an announcement, event, newsletter, album entry, etc event rsvp when an event is rsvped to event check in when a member checks in to a virtual or in person event comment like when the comment emoji feature is used for announcements, events, newsletters, etc recognition given when the member recognizes a colleague through the recognition module recognition received when the member receives a recognition through the recognition module volunteering sign up answering the call to action to volunteer for an event on group join when an user becomes a member of a group on survey response for responding to any survey group lead points configuration group leaders can accrue additional points for their contribution to the leadership team points are accrued once per points program points are given to executive sponsors, global leads, and chapter leads broken down into the roles set up in roles & permissions
