Overview
The Teleskope Enterprise Application Interface (EAI) enables system-to-system integration between the Teleskope platform and customer platforms. It allows organizations to programmatically exchange data with their Teleskope tenant — syncing users from HRIS systems, extracting membership and event data for reporting, and automating user lifecycle management.
The EAI is designed for server-side integrations, not end-user applications. All communication happens over HTTPS between authenticated backend systems.
Use Cases
Common integration scenarios include:
- HRIS User Sync — Automatically create, update, and deactivate user accounts from your HR system (Workday, SAP SuccessFactors, BambooHR, etc.) using the Uploader or User Management endpoints
- Membership Reporting — Extract group, chapter, and channel membership data to feed into corporate dashboards or BI tools
- Event Data Export — Pull event details and schedules into internal calendars, intranet portals, or analytics platforms
- Leadership Tracking — Retrieve ERG leadership assignments and permissions for governance and compliance reporting
- Audit and Compliance — Access membership change audit logs for regulatory compliance, DEI reporting, or internal auditing
- User Directory Integration — Sync Teleskope user data with corporate directories or identity management systems
Modules
The EAI provides three modules:
